Through our experience of managing through the global pandemic and the resulting supply chain crisis, we have recognized the many challenges that our customers face in maintaining a reliable supply of brake discs through many of the existing brake disc manufacturers. We hear from our customers that they are seeking a more reliable and professional source for this product category. We have decided to answer this need by making a significant investment to build a brand new, state-of-the-art, fully automated brake disc factory. This factory will provide a solution to our customers and the market for a more reliable and innovative brake disc manufacturer focused on excellent customer service. Additionally, as the brake disc factory is co-located with our brake pad and shoe manufacturing operations, we can offer a full range of brake discs, brake pads, and brake shoes from the same shipping point. Consolidated shipping of these products results in a more flexible, streamlined, efficient, and cost-effective supply solution resulting in better fill-rate, on-time delivery, lower costs and overall customer satisfaction.
